Agreement to Terms
Welcome to AR Drawing! These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the AR Drawing mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree with any part of these Terms, please don't use the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know by posting a notice in the app or on our website. Your continued use of the Service after any changes means you accept the new Terms.
What You Can Do
We're happy to have you here! Here's what you're welcome to do with AR Drawing:
- Use the AR tracing feature to learn and practice drawing at home, school, or anywhere you like
- Browse and trace from our library of templates for personal creative projects
- Upload your own images to trace (you must own the rights or have permission)
- Share your finished artwork on social media (we'd love to see it!)
- Recommend AR Drawing to friends, family, and fellow artists
- Use the app for educational purposes in classrooms and workshops
What You Can't Do
To keep AR Drawing safe and fair for everyone, please don't:
- Sell, redistribute, or claim ownership of our templates or app content
- Use our templates in commercial products without a valid license
- Copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the app's code or functionality
- Upload content that's illegal, harmful, offensive, or infringes on others' rights
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the app's operation
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Create fake accounts or misrepresent your identity
Your Content
When you upload images or create artwork using AR Drawing, you keep all rights to your original content. We don't claim ownership of anything you create.
However, by uploading content to the app, you confirm that:
- You own the content or have permission to use it
- The content doesn't violate anyone else's rights
- The content is appropriate and follows these Terms
We may remove any content that violates these Terms or that we believe is inappropriate, without prior notice.
Disclaimer
AR Drawing is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. While we do our best to keep everything running smoothly, we can't guarantee the app will always be available, error-free, or meet all your expectations.
Specifically, we don't guarantee:
- The app will always work perfectly on your device
- All templates will be available at all times
- The app will be free of bugs or interruptions
- Results from using the AR tracing features will meet your specific needs
You use the app at your own risk. We're not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Account Termination
We hope you'll be with us for a long time! But we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if:
- You violate these Terms of Use
- We're required to do so by law
- We believe your actions may cause harm to us, other users, or the Service
You can also stop using the app at any time by simply uninstalling it from your device.
